As we all know, us as human beings, we need water to survive. But ever wondered how water is more than just keeping us hydrated and alive?
A famous discovery and research by a Japanese professor, Dr Masaru Emoto, studied about water and their effects. Interestingly, during his research, he found out that when the water is exposed to different energies, this will result in different formation of crystals.
The term energy here are like positive and negative vibes, or simply say, what the water has experienced will result in different forms of water crystals.
Dr Emoto's team then observes the waters in various ways and took pictures of them during crystalization, such as taking photographs after showing different words (both positive or negative, like "love" or "hate"), showing different pictures (pictures of happy places versus negative places, like a beautiful garden versus a graveyard), playing different music (instrumental versus sad music), or praying to the water.
Below are number of pictures taken by Dr Emoto after exposing the waters to different energies.

Just by looking at these amazing and beautiful pictures, with positive energy comes positive changes. Why do I say that? Our human bodies are made up of 70% of water, and do we want our water in our bodies to look as disgusting or ugly as some of the pictures above? I would rather stay as beautiful as the rest.
