1,000 Musicians Perform Epic Cover of 'Learn to Fly'

This is crazy. This is awesome. I LOVE IT!

1,000 musicians from all over Italy united to perform Learn to Fly by Foo Fighters. That's 1,000 people in the same space, playing or singing the same song, at exactly the same time - And they're all in sync and sound great! Watching the drummers move at the same time is especially satisfying. We have to give extra kudos to the conductor for controlling this massive crowd.

All of the participants are fans of Foo Fighters and hope this display will show their love for the band, enough to get a live concert in their area. Apparently the last time was in 1997 - Nearly 20 years ago!

Every single of the 1,000 people participated out of their own expense, including travelling to the venue from across the country. I'm amazed at how they managed to coordinate this. Arranging 10 people to turn up for dinner at a restaurant is already tough enough!

Even if you don't know the band, you can enjoy the spectacular performance and the outpouring of happiness and passion from every single person featured.
